How it all started
The line of Jabal Moussa products was launched after the successful implementation of SIFOHR project in 2011-2012, aiming at leveragingthe local skills and creating income generating opportunities. But the results exceeded the expectations. With support from the sisters running the Immaculate Conception school in Ghbaleh, a central kitchen was established within the school premises, and offered the local women a space that allows their skills and creativity to bloom. In the 12 months following the project, products were sold out and reordered thrice.
